Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Sharpening Your Saw

All Professional and Trainer members of the APC are required to commit to a cpd process as a condition of their membership. This is a key element in helping our members to stay at the top of their game and ensures that clients are getting the very best service for their investment.


We ask our members to provide evidence of at least 30 hours of cpd over a twelve-month period and this can include:

Courses and seminars attended

  • Attendance at industry-related conferences (up to six hours)
  • Webinars and online study
  • Reading time (up to 10 hours)
  • Attendance and participation in coaching-related professional development course and/or personal development courses - both online and offline
